Terms of Use

These terms apply when you browse SaitoDex or create a collector account. By using an account, you agree to use SaitoDex lawfully and in a way that does not harm the service or other collectors.

Independent collector reference

SaitoDex is an independent community-run collector reference and is not the official Saito Legends or SaitoWorks website. Names, card artwork and third-party branding remain the property of their respective owners.

Accounts

You are responsible for protecting access to your account and devices. Do not impersonate SaitoDex, Saito Legends staff, other collectors or reserved community identities. We may restrict, suspend or remove accounts used for impersonation, abuse, attempted intrusion, automated disruption or other misuse.

Collector profiles

Public collector profiles are optional and private by default. If you enable one, information you choose to display can be seen and shared by other people. You can disable the public profile or individual visibility options from your account settings.

Trading information

Condition labels and trade notes are supplied by individual collectors and are not independently graded or verified by SaitoDex. They are a starting point only; collectors should still exchange clear current photos and agree condition directly in the official Saito Legends Discord before completing a trade.

Reference values

SaitoDex values are collector reference estimates based on reviewed market information. They are not appraisals, financial advice, guaranteed sale prices or promises that a card can be bought or sold for the displayed amount. Markets move and values may change.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to keep card information, set information and account features accurate and available, but SaitoDex is provided on an as-available basis. Information may be corrected, updated or temporarily unavailable, including during maintenance.

Site assets

Do not scrape, bulk-download, mirror, hotlink or republish SaitoDex-specific site assets, branding, compiled data or presentation in a way that misrepresents the source or creates a competing copy of the service. Normal personal browsing and sharing of SaitoDex page links is welcome.

Supporting SaitoDex

Supporting SaitoDex is optional. You choose how much to pay, from £1. Everyone who supports gets the same perks whatever they pay, and nobody else ever sees the amount. After card fees, the money goes back into running SaitoDex: the server, artwork and new features.

One-off or monthly. A one-off payment gives you one month of perks. A monthly payment renews each month until you cancel. You can cancel any time from Manage my support on the Support page; your perks then run until the end of the month you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again.

Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe on its own secure pages, and SaitoDex never sees or stores your card details. Stripe (including its Link service) acts as the official seller for supporter payments: it works out and pays any sales tax for your country, sends your receipt, and its own terms apply to the payment. The amount you choose includes any tax. Amounts are set in pounds (GBP); Stripe may show you the price in your own currency.

Perks. Supporter perks are cosmetic and for fun. They never change card values, trading features, rep or how anyone is treated on SaitoDex. Perks marked "coming soon" on the Support page are still being made and switch on for every supporter when they are ready. The SD Supporter Discord role needs your Discord linked in Account and you to be in the official Saito Legends Discord, which SaitoDex does not own or run. If a month isn't renewed, perks stay on for a few extra days and then switch off.

Changing your mind and refunds. If you change your mind, email support@saitodex.com within 14 days of a payment and we will refund it in full, and the perks for that month end. After 14 days, a month that has already started is not refundable unless the law says otherwise. A refund or a card chargeback ends that month's perks.

If things change. We may add, change or retire perks. If SaitoDex stops taking supporter payments or closes, monthly payments will be cancelled. If we close an account for breaking these terms, any monthly payment is cancelled straight away.

Account closure

You can delete a normal collector account from the Security & Privacy area. Deleting your account also cancels any monthly supporter payment. We may also close accounts that materially breach these terms or create a security risk.

Profile image rules

Custom collector profile pictures and backgrounds must be suitable for a general collector community. Do not upload unlawful, abusive, explicit, impersonating or clearly infringing imagery. SaitoDex may remove a profile image where necessary to protect the service, its users or third-party rights.
