Simple habits for safer collector trades
SaitoDex helps people find each other. The actual trade stays between collectors and should continue in the official Saito Legends Discord.
Join the Discord ↗Confirm exactly which cards are being exchanged, their condition, postage method and who is covering any postage cost.
Use a clean sleeve and a rigid toploader or suitable card saver. Protect it from movement and moisture inside the outer packaging.
Use sturdy packaging that cannot easily bend. Do not rely on a loose card, sleeve alone or thin paper envelope for valuable cards.
For higher-value trades, photograph the packaged card and retain proof of postage. Consider tracked delivery when the value makes that sensible.
Check the collector's details, Discord identity and available SaitoDex rep. If something feels unclear, ask questions before sending anything.
